Staff and amenities were good. We loved the room, it was big. There is Pizza Cabin located in 20 minutes' walk, where you can eat.
-
We greatly enjoyed food and staff. The room was large.
-
Superb base for 3 nights. A wide array of extra supplies: central heating, ironing facilities and iPod dock.
-
Relaxed atmosphere, TV corner, fireplace corner. The bar's a little expensive.
Late checkin possible
-
clean, good food, great shower
not enough tea/coffee and milk left in room. toothpaste and brush would have been handy

it is one of my favourite hotels.. to have A meal in or drink.. have been to many functions at the stormount I love the comfy reception and the fire makes it very welcoming and warm. service was good and very friendly. room was excellent very clean and many little extras breakfast very good and food in restaurant spot on. had A very relaxing and happy stay there thank you

It was very convenient for birdwatching trips to Castle Espie and Strangford Lough and to Belfast Harbour. It was also convenient for access to the city for restaurants/shopping/sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent (porridge with Bushmills whiskey a unique addition) and bottled water was provided in each room (which every hotel should copy). Overall it was very good value for money.
The hotel charged more for BT Openzone WiFi than BT itself (£6 for 60 mins instead of 90 mins direct from BT). WiFi should be free for customers of the hotel - a lot of hotels provide it free and benefit from increased visits by people using their dining/coffee facilities during the day to access the internet.

the staff were excellent, the room was fabulous .
the only down fall was i did not have free wifi in my room, i thought the price to access it was excessive, so i did not use it.any other hotel i stayed in had it free of charge included in the room hire.it would actually be a deciding factor of me staying there again as for the next two years as i will be in Belfast several times over the next 24 months

Thought it was very good value for the level of comfort and convenience. The stff were vey helpful but the breakfast is expensive although very god indeed
-
Handy, clean, good value.
Asking me to answer 4 questions and then asking 18. Expensive breakfast.

It was convenient for visits to my family and easy to travel to from Belfast City Airport. The staff were helpful and welcoming and my room was perfectly adequate for my purposes.
The room would benefit from having a small fridge and a much better shower.
-
As usual I got my fried egg to perfection (couldn't get it in The Culloden !) Brealfast was great.
When we returned from our night out at 12.30am the lobby was empty, the bar was closed and we waited for 20 minutes before any staff appeared, even though we rang the number on the reecption desk a number of times ! Apparently the receptionist forgot to input the phone number of the "travelling" night guy. For security purposes there should always be someone in the reception area. A bit scary going to bed thinking anyone could walk into the place and nobody there to welcome............
-
Relaxed atmosphere. nice restaurants and lounges. good parking & easy to find.
No Pernod available from reception after the main bar closed.

Myself and my two young children stayed for two nights. We were made to feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were lovely. The room immaculate. I have stayed in many hotels and rarely find one that I cannot fault! Highly recommended.
No complaints at all. To be honest we didn't eat in dining room so cannot comment, however, we shall be doing so next time.
